Pregnancy and menstruation problme

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Dear sir, i had sex with my wife during 19th DEC 2017 to 2nd JAN 2018. I use protection always.she had last period date 11th DEC 2017 and next Period date was 7th JAN 2018 but she did not got her period still. we are worrying about it. we are not ready for baby right now. is she pregnant ? what are the possibilities and what should we do. is any possibility of condom failure? In my hand , I checked always that my sperm were inside but if there is minor hole in condom then i do not know.
