Yes. iPill is an emergency contraceptive pill to be taken AFTER sex........so if the oven and sperm have met before action of ipill occurs.......the pregnancy can be possible....
After iPill usually heavy bleeding occurs in few days......pregnancy can be suspected if the bleeding is scanty or if it doesnot occur.
.Do urine pregnancy test in lab and confirm the pregnancy if you have missed the period date
