In my 3rd trimester with two known fibroids one is a small anterior wall fibroid 2x2cms bigger one is a 5x5cm fibroid in the posterior lat wall above lower segment. Been on bed rest occasionally & restricted activity , admitted to hospital in 24th week due to unknown bleed. At that time I was diagnosed with Protein S activity & thrombolin III activity deficiency given blood thinner ecosprin 75 till 36th week.
Now my gynace wants me to do bearing down breathing exercises which needs me to push hard to practice for normal delivery. I am experiencing breathless as dont feel i have much stamina as not active during pregnancy.
Based on this will i need c-section or normal. I'm too terrified of normal delivery. This is my first pregnancy i had one mc last yr in mar , i have hypothyroidism since 2000 and asthma since age 4yrs
Will normal delivery be safe due to fibroids mainly , asthma n hypothyroidism???

there is no indication of caesarean section as of now. asthma and hypothyroidism is not a contraindication for normal delivery. secondly withh your fibroids there could be chances of bleeding durind a c section. i suggest you try for normal if for any reason there is any problem if baby is unable to deliver due to restriction by the fibroid emergency c section can be done anytime
