Pregnancies
Hi, LMP was on 4th June,2015. And even as on today there is no labour pain after crossing 38 seems. Is there a cause of concern? Also what is the outer limit after which labour inducement should be initiated?

Hello there. The full development of the foetus is usually completed by 36 weeks and therefore there is spontaneous induction of labour normally. Sometimes it gets delayed and can happen anywhere upto 40 weeks. But the reason needs to be evaluated. Did you complete all the three required check ups during the course of your pregnancy? I suggest you consult a obstetrician ASAP and get yourself checked out. Regards
