My wife pregnancy is not happening after taken ipill tablets before 1 and half year what test or treatment should I do please suggest.

Having an ipill doesnot make one infertile. But if you have waited for 1.5 year and still pregnancy is not happenning, you can meet a local gynecologist and get treated.
sometimes there are problems which can be known only after testing. so meeting a gynecologist will help you to become pregnant faster. Also you have waited enough to become pregnancy naturally. For a couple who is not using any contraception, one year of trial is enough to make one pregnant.
