Dear doctor I got married 11 months before my wife generally getting period of 30 days bit now she didn't get didn't more than 45 days we took a urine test in that we get positive only but 45 th day she got pinch of bleeding today we got scared.before is there any problem.

Your concern is valid. Bleeding is not a good when woman is pregnant. You should consult your Gynaecologist. A sonography will clear the picture.
