Precum problem
I am facing precum problem whenever I see or talk about sex and some times I ejaculate in middle of sleep. This is all because of masturbation which I used to do three years ago. After leaving masturbation I am facing this problem

Night fall or nocturnal emission is normal in unmarried males who don't masturbate. If the condition is occurring once a week or less, no treatment is required,if its more frequent, it's treatable witg medicines and counselling.
