Yellow mucous kind of deposits are forming in my left eye. It's happening at the inner corner (near nose). I had cold from last few weeks. I had not taken any medicines. Cold is manageable, not too severe. Why these deposits in eye? What to do?

It might be due to conjunctivitis with urti.please take steam inhalation and put antibiotics eye drops 2hrly e.g. moxifloxacin and put antibiotics eye ointment e.g. ocupol at bed time. Or

If not then you may use moxigram eyedrop 4 times daily for a week
