Feeling contractions in last month of pregnancy is ok, if they are mild. In your case as per you the uterus mouth has opened till tip of finger only. In such circumstances usually obgyn are successful in stopping the contractions. I hope your obgyn has done it. Though premature, if the weight is adequate there is no problem with normal delivery, unless some other limiting factor is there. The obgyn in person can assess the possibility of normal delivery. The only factor to worry is the babys ability to breath after birth This is weak in premature babies. In such cases the baby may require a neonatal care. Let you obgyn be the best judge of the situation

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You do not have to worry about it. What ever is best for you and your baby, will be done. There is no problem with delivery at 35 weeks. If normal delivery cannot be done for any particular reason, c-section will be required.  Kindly consult a gynaecologist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
