Pre menopausal harmonal imbalance
I am 45 yr old widow, recently suffered with excessive n prolonged flow during periods, sonography showed 13 mm endometrial thickness. I feel sexualy aroused many times ..but do not use any technique to satisfy the urge.. Can this be one of the reasons of thick endometrial lining??

No....  Sexual urge has no Connectiin.  But you definitely need to get yourself evaluated to rule out cancer...  And also treated to avoid cancer.  Consult a gynecologist.
