I'm 23 years old, this is my second pregnancy, i went to nt scan, and i got reports that show placental position as follow
Placental position: anterior position grade 0, lower end of placenta 1.0 cm above os.
And in report provided shows developing of pre eclampsia condition. Is this normal or what precautions should I take.

Share your first page of report as well though the note in your scan says increased risk of preeclampsia, it has not been evident in observations made above.
And dont worry about placenta it will move upward as pregnancy advances..
