I have acnothesis nigrican on my neck and i am Pre-Diabetic....my dermatologist prescribed me Acnonac tablets.... can i reverse pre-diabetes? No history of diabetes in my family... My height is 5'9 and weight is 84kgs.. please tell me how can i reverse pre-diabetes and things or food to avoid?

Do regular axercises and eat healthy. Try avoiding junk ,fatty food and excessive sugar.
