In your right eye you are having little cylindrical error too.
Your number is not much hence you can go for lasik and is expected to have a good prognosis.

Regarding LASIK ,your doctor will perform few tests like pentacam to see corneal thickness and topography and fundus examination and if all these tests are normal then LASIK can be done
You have provided only glasses prescription...this information is insufficiente to comment on suitability of LASIK for you
