Hi. I have been having major mood issues for a few years now. I have extreme irritability and agitation at times - and other times I'm fine. I researched a bit and it looked like I may be low or high in a hormone. Other symptoms I've had include: lack of focus, lack of motivation, fatigue, hot flashes, and waking up at night sweating. The biggest issue is the irritability, which often gets taken out on others.

Hello...... Irritability and anger are common problems faced by people.. It's not a disease.. So there is no medicine for this.. You should try to control yourself.. It takes lot of time, patience and perseverance.. Sleep well , don't get stressed both mentally or physically.. Spend some time alone...
