There is NO need to get such certificates. Will your would be wife also be having such certificates? Or will you demand such certificates from your prospective brides? Its highly preposterous to ask such things, as Normal tests in an individual capacity CANNOT guarantee a normal sex life or a fertility. Sex is a coming together of two individuals and hence a interplay of tow persons with varied upbringing, thoughts, attitudes may create problems even if their individual reports are normal. Marriage is an institution where two persons get into it to life a life together. Cohabitation and generation of love and affection between these two is of utmost importance. Sex is important but if you see the entire life of a couple sex occupies not more than 10% of their married life. Rest is spent in working, looking after job, business, family, and each other. So compatibility CANNOT be predicted based on just sex. One choses a partner based on education, family, and individual achievements and persona. One cannot check a persons capacity to have normal sex and to beget children based on few tests, or a normal sperm count or a certificate stating one is potent to have sex. For a lady to get herself certified to have normal anatomy, she will have to undergo many blood, and invasive tests, hence 100% ladies will refuse such tests. So why do you want to get yourself certified?
