My son has been developing these postules filled with water for last 2 months on his palm and feet. We checked with a skin specialist 2 weeks back and he said it's a eczema. But post medication neither the postules have come down not the frequency. Kindly help.

Your son may be having what we call pompholyx. It is a type.of atopic dermatitis or internal eczema. If properly treated, it should reduce. I don't know what your doctor has given you. Please consult him again or contact me for detailed prescription. Sometimes creams may not help much. Tablets may be necessary to control it.
