Hi , I am 4 months postpartum.Can i start work out now? I had baby through c section. I also take green coffee twice a day. Is it safe?

Its important that you do your workout .. Brisk walk, stationary cycling, low impact aerobics, pelvic floor exercises with health diet will help you a lot to regain your fitness..
