Posterior uveitis
I have spots in my retina and choroid. First in 2012 this disease hit me in my right eye making the central vision useless.i can read 2-3 letters at a time with it. Its like tunnel vision. And the second attact happened in may 2017 in my left eye.i am taking medrol 4mg now with immunosuppressive meds called azathioprine 50mg in morning and in evening as recemmended by aiims doc rohan chawla.i have read online that vitrectomy can clear the central vision part of my eye. I want to know that can vitrectomy really help me and where can i get best treatment? I have attached two images to roughly show how my left eye sees.
