Post Total thyroidectomy & RAI for PTC
I am a patient for papillary thyroid cancer. Had TT on 27/10/21. Radioactive iodine for 150 mcui on 22/11. Both procedures at Tata memorial. ---- Surgery TT + B/L CCC + B/L ND (II - IV) Stage T2 N1 M0 Parathyroid preserved ---- CBC reports other things normal (21/12) HB 10.50 Haematocrit 32.60 CHCM 31.20 RDW 15.20 MPV 7.10 NRBCS 0 Hypochromia ++ ----- All TSH reports by date 21 December 21 T3 - 1.02 T4 - 13.78 TSH - 0.1726 - 12 November T3 - 0.42 T4 - 2.44 TSH - 57.2608 - 19 October 21 T3 - 1.05 T4 - 8.19 TSH - 1.1666 -_-_-_-_-_- Current symptoms include- Disturbed sleep, staying awake at night Constantly and easily fatigued (unable to climb one flight of steps without feeling tired) Hair loss Shortness of breath Irritated mood ---- I had developed some a developed a feeling of something being stuck in my throat. Visited ENT who gave me acid reflex medication and now feeling is not there. Course complete -_- Current medication Thyroxine 150 daily Calcium
