Suffering from ankylosing spondylitis for last two years it is under control .Now the question is today is my surgery others doctors are saying go for orchiodectomy to right testis and orchipexy for left ..but my surgeon is saying we will only go for orchipexy for right and nothing with the left side considering  my semen analysis report he said due to 7 million count is less we are going for this thing. In cases of torsion orchidopexy in opposite site is recommended to avoid any future propensity of torsion in other side.
