Post surgical complication
My mother underwent surgery on 14 January for breast cancer. But since her surgery she has been having complications like pus drainage from all the surgical sites since 6 months. She has undergone chemo therapy amd radiation therapy now she is on hormonal therapy but we are still facing the same problem so any suggestions what could be the reason and treatment.her skin has become so sensitive that after dressing it peal off leaving skin exposed and bleed.

Dear user This looks like a chronic ulcer Sometimes these need surgical debridement

Looks like chronic ulcer and minimal wound gaping. May need debridement and resuturing. Surgical oncologist are better people to give opinion in this situation
