Post sphincterotomy expectation
What can I expect after LIS surgery. I feel difficulty in passing the stool and feel some tightening there . Will this problem resolve after the surgery. Also are there any chances that this tightening will occur in future also ? Plz suggest. Thankyou

Mostly No. Once the sphincter is cut (sphincterotomy), the anus becomes little lax. Immediate result. Even the operating surgeon can feel it while doing surgery. I do.
