Post pregnancy weight loss
I delivered a baby in June 2022. During pregnancy, I had diabetes which went away post delivery. But, I have a high BP issue and am on medication for the same. During these 8 months, I have gained 5 kg weight more and now weighing 85. My pre pregnancy weight was 78 kg. Post delivery, I was weighing 80kg. I am currently on breastfeeding. I heard about fatloss treatment, like coolsculpting. Is it OK to go ahead with these types of services, considering my given condition? If yes, which service or treatment will be good for me.
