Post pregnancy stomach shape different

After my post pregnancy stomach looks different its been 7months since after my delivery i feel somethinh different in my stomach like something moving kind of things when i press my stomach it feels strong what might be the reason kindly clarify also is that my uterus still dint go back to its position
