Post injection severe pain
I was diagnosed with covid last week and so I had severe body pain so doctor i consult gave me injection but after that it got worst...my both legs and lower back started cramping and now after 4 days also it is the same..i consult another doctor how said that previous doctor damage my nerve while giving injection so this is happening...now I am having burning sensation while urinating as well and pain is as it is ...doctor gave me oral medicine for 10 days ..what must be happening Because this is all so scary for me and what might be future complications

Cramping legs pains and burning micturition are signs of  dehydration causes due to high grade fever...common in covid...not due to damage nerve...drink lot of water with ors or electrol powder
