Post injection pain and cyst

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I was injected with analgesic in my hip for relief in pain. After a week at the site of injection a cyst was formed and pain started. I have visited a doctor and he gave some antibiotics and protiolytic drug but there is no improvement. What should i do?
