Post COVID. Stopped as high fibrinogen?

Hi Gordon needed to ask as follows History Summary Asymptomatic 18 day POST Covid Problem is CBC CRP Fibrinogen S Ferritin ANTIBODIES were formed on FIFTH DAY. Rest all Reports Normal incl.HRCT, DDimer, CRay Chest, ECG, 2DEcho, Usgabdomenpelvis, Procalcitonin,ESR. 1)CRP RISING slowly from 8 th day ( lowest 6.55) ( Highest 30.17) 2) TOTAL COUNT rising slowly from 8 th day ( Lowest 10000 to 11500) 3) Neutrophils rising slowly from 66% to 74% and then reducing to68% 4) Lymphocytes fell from 25.3% to 18% and then rose to 21%. 5) Monocytes are showing s FALLING trend. QUESTION s is 1)Should steroids started two days back be tapered fast as only indication was High CRP, High Fibrinogen n High s Ferritin?? And how to taper ?? 2) Should Coagulant (started last 14 days tapered since last two days) TAB. RIVOXABAN10 mg be STOPPED as High Fibrinogen??
