Post covid acidity and weakness
I am having some serious acidity issue post covid. Every morning I wake up with uneasiness due to acidity which further leads to weakness for the whole day.
Had PAN D and many other acidity tablets but it's not helping.
Please let me know what can be done.

If no response after 3-4 days
