Post circumcision red Ness on penis

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I have done my circumcisionn 32 days ago i have balantitis with xerotica obliterans, red Ness developed on penis ,i have attached picture,I am using ANOSUM ointment, later iam useing mega heal ointment,every morning and evening cleaning with derma dew soap with hot water but redness remain same please provide some solution for this
