Post circumcision. Stitch to come out!

8 days back had carried out traditional circumcision procedure under GA Following are a few questions 1. A small amount of bleeding is der at top and bottom of the incision area 2. During bathing post 3 days of procedure on 8th day found one of the stitched knot came off and subsequent knot threads are loosed slightly due the same 3. Is it normal or abnormal ( due to water had it came off ) 4. Same area slight discharge and small blood stains are visible during morning post sleep due to night time erection 5. Not sure whether the skin is fused and knot popped out or due to erection pull and water cleaning came out 5. Still struggling with stomach upset , 2weeks prior to procedure had diagnosed with GERD by gastroenterologist ( any connection not sure) Would appreciate your suggestions Had met the surgeon on 7th day said beeding is ok, same day dressing is done and wire civil clothes . So whether this caused stitch to come out
