Thanks,Am working in IT and used to be work infront of the system during the night shifts. So as I observed, eye vision also got started increasing on regular check-ups with doctor in last one year So, is working in night shifts impacting my eye vision increasing? help me with the precautions, have to follow to stable my eye vision atleast from now

Since you are a regular computer user if so it might be computer vision syndrome please use lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily and rub ocupol d's eye oint twice daily on lids
