Possible Guillain-Barre or Porphyria
Having problems with a diagnosis. Took severe Sepsis 9 weeks ago, a burning spine, spiking temp and shivers. Couldn’t walk properly. Developed severe itch then numbness spread to arms. Pain has been excruciating. Weakness was really severe but it’s improving. Now I feel like my blood vessels are bursting. I have lots of blood tests but no answers?

Your symptoms are neither suggestive of Gullian Barre syndrome or porphyria. I would require further information to come to a specific diagnosis, I would advise you to meet a neurologist/neuromedicine doctor to get assessed and undergo further evaluation.
