Possible balantis on penis head
Shiny elevated spot on penis head, noticed after intercourse several months ago and it would appear inflammed at times after intercourse. Wasnt really big to start. Almost lkle a small spot, i thought it was friction caused/ rugburn kind of thing. But it seemed to get bigger recently so i put some cortizon ointment on it and the inflammation went down quite a bit. After online research i feel this could be balantis. Wondering what anti fungal ointment or meds i should take to cure.
