Asked for Female, 35 Years

Hi Doctor, I am sharing two of my reports concerning some major infections that I have only heard of and not sure if I am positive for it or it's a antibody positive.plz have a look and throw some light if I have these infections !!! P.S: My doctor said I am immune to it that's why it shows positive but she didn't explain much and if so, why is "positive" written in bold here. Plz specify. Thank you so much. PFA along.
