Positive pregnancy result before MP

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I was feeling mild nausea and I thought it must be because of eating takeaways, my second instinct was to take a pregnancy test and my period is due on 2~5 July, I took preganews test using morning urine sample and the test came out positive, should I immediately consult a Gyno or wait until I miss my period to confirm pregnancy? Are home pregnancy tests accurate?
