Positive pregnancy after abortion
Hi Doctor,
I had a abortion through pills (orally and vaginal) by doctor 2 weeks before as I have a baby with 8 months. I bleeded for 3 days after taking pill. Before a week after bleeding stopped, I took pregnancy test and had positive result and had tablet again orally and didn't bleed at all. Now I took pregnancy teat and it shows positive result again. Should I go for ultra scan or "d and c treatment". Please advise...

After taking tablet for abortion cause bleeding but complete abortion didn't take place. Some pieces may remain in the uterus.

If there is less bleed.. Pls go for ultrasound scan to see the presence of sac in the uterine cavity.. For Further advise consult your doctor
