Positive anti thyroglobulin result

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I had recently taken a tsh test which gave 5.11 as the result ( range- 0.5-4.3 range). My anti thyroglobulin antibody, serum result has come as 5.19 ( range <4.1) and anti tpo result has come as 1.19 ( range<5.61). I have been having symptoms of weight gain and left shoulder pain. What does this test result mean?
