Positive Agglutination
I have recently gone through semen analysis test as me and my wife are planning for a baby. Few months back, my wife conceived (Unplanned) but the pregnancy didn't go well as the foetus was not showing proper growth.
However this time to be sure, we consulted a gynaec and she recommended to undergo tests before planning.
I am attaching my report for your analysis.
Report is positive but Agglutination is also positive.
What are its impact on pregnancy?
Please suggest, how to reduce this.

Agglutination of sperm occurs when the head or tail of one sperm sticks to anothersperm restricting the motility of the sperm. ... The presence of agglutination can be indicative of the presence of anti spermantibodies whose presence can be determined using a MAR (Mixed antibody reaction) test.
