Porn induced EDF and premature ejaculatn
From a very adolescent age I have masturbating habits. So I have practiced myself to ejaculate quickly. Now I don't have a proper erection even while watching a porn, wharever there is, it stays for a very short span. I CAN'T withstand more than a minute. Due to this vaginal penetration is almost impossible. I have consulted an urologist who have provided me with some tadalafil tablets and asked me to stop watching porn etc. I don't have any other health issues, regularly going to gym. But nothing is working out. I also have read that watching too much porn in the adolescent age cause long term neurological problems and then dopamine realeased during the sexual activities are no longer enough to sustain a proper sexual intimacy. I going to avoid porn and masturbation as much as I can for a month at least to come out of the visual and imaginary realms. What else I need to do to cure myself? Feels like a unsolvable problem and a permanent dysfunction.
