Popping noise in my head
The popping noise is in my frontal lobe I've had it for maybe 3mths now it used to be a lot now it pops maybe 2-3 times a day. I was depressed and had my first anxiety attack just before the 3mths. I feel very well now i went from 134 to 112 (5.5) to now 120 exercise and eating right. Is my brain shrinking? Leasions? Punctures? Nerve damage?
