Poor urine flow
Facing issue of uretheral stricture and dialation done once post voide volume is 20 ml and ultrasound report nml. . Also having issue of ibs and taking treatment. I Observed that my problem of poor urine flow is elevated due ibs. How can i improve my symptoms.

Stricture is an issue to be corrected surgically.
Dilatation is simplest form of surgery
