Poor blood circulation
For the past few months I’ve been lightheaded every time I stand up and my arms/ legs frequently go numb in a mater of minutes. My fingernails have been turning kind of purple. I feel so tired all of the time, It’s hard to do things. What should I do? Do I need to go to an Urgent Care, or a Hospital?

Well yes it's better you consult a doctor and actually get it examined ..As we need to see it...You are telling multiple symptoms and I cannot point out at one thing without actually examining it.
