History : In year 2018 had abdominal discomfort went for colonoscopy and polyps were detected in areas as
a ) Transverse Colon : 1 cm polyp in proximal b ) Ascending Colon : 2 polyps of size 1cm and 4.5 mm
c) Caecum : a sessile polyp of 7 mm.
In same month went for polypectomy and removed all .
Histopathology Result : No Parasite / Granuloma/Malignancy is seen .
Microscopic Examination : Tubular Adenomatous Polyps
In year 2019 ( 26/08/2019) went for follow up with one more colonoscopy and result were normal , no abnormal growth seen
Impression : Normal Study.
Besides this I went for another test by the name of
Positive Screen Lynch
Result : Negative
My question is what need to be done further since it's 2020 , when should I go for follow ups i.e Colonoscopy and what precautions should I take . Kindly advise
