My periods get delayed every month.. And right bfr the first day.. I get stomach pain and also pain in my lower back...due to PCOD I also face inflammation on my scalp....I want to know some natural solutions

Hello, Keep your weight in check. Obesity makes insulin resistance worse. Weight loss can reduce both insulin and androgen levels and may restore ovulation. Low-fat, high-carbohydrate diets may increase insulin levels, so you may want to consider a low-carbohydrate diet if you have PCOS.. Consult gynaecologist in nearest hospital.
