I still didn't get my periods back after 10 months of delivery. My baby is on breastfeed too, is it normal, as I am facing some problems like little bumps come and go on my body especially in nights, pimples, get irritated easily.What should I do?

Yes its normal to have lactational amenorrhoea following delivery.but its not safe as you can get pregnant in this period also.you can take any form of contraceptives.but in case of pms ....ocps are helpful.
