I am suffering weakness in right hand and overall fatigue since 2 days... my vision also feels weird and as if objects around me are unfamiliar and I can collapse anytime!!
In July I wud experience weakness n loss of movement in both hands so CT was done- normal
Then in November I started to get head pressure and dizziness so again CT head with contrast was done- normal
So I Can't repeat the CT again because of constant radiation exposure
Echo , ecg fine.. no sugar/thyroid/abnormal cbc/lipids.. carotid ultrasound also done 7 month ago

You may have to get one MRI brain with cervical spine screening done. Get your eye checkup done especially fundus. Consult a Neurologist for physical examination especially when you have the symptoms.
