Can any surgeon look at the attached pictures? I have this growth in my outer rectum since many months... I had MRI in august which revealed healed fissure but it keeps discharging mucus still! That mucus irritates the outer area and need to rub again and again... What is it? And what needs to be done?

Looks like chronic fissure with skin tag but better to visit surgeon as soon as possible
