She is suffering from rheumatoid arthritis, respiratory tract disease, septicaemia (high bacterial load in blood), and hypokalemia (low poteasium level in blood).

She is having lower respiratory tract infection with septicaemia and Rheumatoid arthritis and anemia too. Swelling in her foot coz of anemia and septicaemia . It may be coz of renal or cardiac pathology. That’s doctor have advised to do RFT and ECG. Everything can be cured with medication. It will take time to cure and regular follow up required. Any other pathology should be ruled out.
