My xray and ct scan says I have a pleural thickening,what is it?is it curable?what are going to happen if not treated?

Hello.... Well plural thickening needs to be evaluated further as only with that we cannot come to a conclusion of anything ...we need to know cause of pleural thickening which might be infection or previous infection or any malignancy..So please meet a pulmonologist...Thank you
