Please urgently help me

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Hi. I’ve protected sex with my partner at 21st day of my menstrual cycle but my periods are delayed by 4 days and 35 days of cycle is completed and my petu are always delayed since 5 months due antipsychotic drugs.. should i go for a pregnancy test or I either take deviry medicine?
